Search the Electives Database
• If your elective choice shows up on the screen, this means a UMKC student has previously gone through the process of setting up the elective with the Curriculum Council. It will not be necessary for you to repeat the process.
• Look at the contact information (phone #, e-mail, coordinator, etc) on the individual elective you are seeking. You may set up the elective directly through the contact person at the elective site.
• Print a copy of the "Requested Elective Form", complete the information. When your elective choice is confirmed by the elective site, give the completed form to your Education Assistant. This gives her a record of Elective choice, site and date you intend to take the elective. The E.A. will give a copy of the form to the Curriculum Council. The Council maintains a record of the number of students that take an individual elective.

- You may enter both city and title or only one.
- You may enter a whole or partial city or elective title.
