Welcome to Graduate Medical Education at UMKC. We are here to provide all of our residents and fellows with an outstanding education in their chosen field. We pride ourselves on offering a collegial, competency-based training experience in an environment that is academically stimulating. Our school is nationally recognized for its innovative approach to medical education and our clinical affiliates provide diverse experiences in patient care and research. Our students, residents, and fellows are at the center of everything that we do. They are bright, hard-working and compassionate. Their education and growth as young physicians is our highest priority.
