The Medical Education Media Center's mission is to provide an instructional resource lab offering anatomical models, an audiovisual and computer-based learning collection and online test bank for a variety of levels including faculty, staff, and students. The collection of over 3000 items is in continual development based on the UMKC School of Medicine’s curriculum, as well as support for continuing medical education. The facility supports this activity with over 25 computer and laser disk stations, open tables for model use, and a small group study room containing a variety of audiovisual and computer equipment
